I’m a huge fan of Perth writer Amanda Curtin’s work, particularly her beautiful novels Elemental and The Sinkings. I was delighted when she asked me to contribute a guest blog post for her 2, 2 and 2 series, celebrating writers and their new books.
For my 2, 2 and 2 post for Amanda, I wrote about two throwaway lines that inspired the The Hope Fault, two fictional places that are important in the novel (and their real-life origins), and two of my favourite characters in the novel.
Read the blog post (‘2, 2 and 2: Tracy Farr talks about The Hope Fault’) online.
Read Amanda Curtin’s blog looking up/looking down, follow her on Twitter (she’s @lookingupdown) or Facebook, and – if you haven’t already – do yourself a favour and read her marvellous books.
